How should Ectomorphs Workout

I am against telling you about certain specific exercises because after all there are no secret exercises or programs but instead the secret lies in the way you perform these exercises

Ectomorphs can obtain optimum results when they:

* Train three times a week only
*Train for shorter periods of time
*When they do no more than 4 sets per exercise
*When they rest a lot (don't ever think about boxing while practicing body building)
*When they Lift heavy weights
*When the heavy weights allow them to perform perfectly (see what does heavy really means)
*When they do more effort each time they go the gym (see Progressive overload)
*When they reduce cardio to one or two times a week

Why you aren't growing

So after all the secret to growth is not following a special program or doing some super secret exercises but instead its understanding your body type and training in such a way that allows your body type to grow.

Follow the advice in this site and your body will certainly start growing.
